About the Role:

Zepto is expanding its last-mile delivery fleet and is looking for dynamic freelance recruiters to source and onboard bike delivery partners (riders). This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for recruiters who can meet hiring targets. There is no fixed salary—you earn for every rider who successfully joins and completes onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source bike riders through WhatsApp groups, referrals, job portals, and local networks.

Explain Zepto’s rider pay structure, incentives, and requirements to candidates.

Coordinate the complete onboarding process (document collection, KYC, training slot booking).

Ensure riders attend training/verification and activate their accounts successfully.

Maintain a daily tracker of leads, onboarding, and activations.

Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 18 years of age.

Prior recruiting experience (delivery/logistics hiring preferred)/ Passion for hiring

Smartphone with internet access.

Ability to communicate clearly in local language + basic Hindi/English.

Payout Structure:

₹200–₹400 per successfully onboarded & activated rider.

This includes additional incentives slabs for hiring more than 20 riders per month

Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work independently with high ownership.

Networking and convincing skills

Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
