About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our reputed Ayurvedic hospital. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and must ensure a warm, professional, and efficient communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Manage front desk operations — patient registration, appointment scheduling, and visitor management.

• Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and staff across hospital branches.

• Provide information about treatments, timings, and other general queries.

• Support telecalling activities for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Prior experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage
