Job Role:

Calling pre-generated leads (no cold calling)
Explaining the opportunity of becoming a Point of Sales Person (POSP)
Recruiting individuals to work as Insurance Agents from their respective locations
Coordinating basic onboarding support

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Confidence on calls
Basic knowledge of insurance is an added advantage (training will be provided)
Freshers are welcome
