We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Goelectronix Technologies Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Explain the company's products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, where applicable.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
Update customer information in the CRM or company database.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
