Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and schedule site visits for potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide project information.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients.
Maintain customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers can apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
