Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and assisting with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing students.
Provide information about services and answer queries.
Maintain a record of calls and student interactions in the database.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve individual and team targets.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telecalling (banking or telemarketing) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
