Job Description

Genie Estate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executives to connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Understand clients' property requirements (Buy, Sell & Rent).

- Generate and qualify leads.

- Schedule site visits and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
