Job Description

We are looking for female fresher candidates with good communication skills to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves speaking with customers, sharing product details, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services in a clear and friendly manner.
Maintain call logs and update customer details.
Follow up with interested customers and support the sales process.
Coordinate with the internal team for daily tasks.

Requirements:

Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience).
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
