Telesales Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or

services, and converting leads into sales. Strong communication skills in the candidate’s regional

language are essential, with Hindi as a mandatory second language. The role demands a target-

driven mindset, self-motivation, excellent listening skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or leads.

• Clearly and convincingly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Accurately record call details and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism.

• Collaborate with the sales team for closures and feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or telesales (preferred).

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in one of the following regional languages is required: Kannada, Telugu, Gujarati,

Hindi must be spoken as a second language.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
