Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Making outbound calls to identify potential customers and qualify their interest in vehicles.
Appointment Setting:
Scheduling test drives, showroom visits, and sales appointments for the sales team.
Product Promotion:
Introducing new car models, explaining features, and detailing ongoing promotions and offers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining and updating customer databases and logs of all interactions.
Inquiry Resolution:
Answering customer questions and resolving any issues or concerns related to vehicles and services.
Sales & Follow-up:
Following up on leads to ensure timely closure of deals and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Team Coordination:
Liaising with the sales team to facilitate smooth handover of leads and follow-up on qualified prospects.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
