Telecaller

• Outbound Calls:

  Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming service appointments, promoting the benefits of regular maintenance. 

• Customer Engagement:

  Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. 

• Appointment Scheduling:

  Help customers schedule their service appointments, providing details about the service center, time slots, and potential options. 

• Lead Generation:

  Identify potential leads for other Hyundai products or services, such as extended warranties or accessories, and follow up on them. 

• Customer Database Management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences, updating the customer database with relevant information. 

• Issue Resolution:

  Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the telecall, ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Compliance:

  Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy regulations and telecalling best practices. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meet daily or weekly call targets and sales or engagement goals. 

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated on Hyundai products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and enhance customer service. 

Requirements:

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. 

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively and resolve conflicts. 

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Ability to identify and solve customer issues, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Computer Proficiency:

  Familiarity with computer systems and CRM software. 

• Sales Skills:

  Experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is a plus. 

• Experience:

  Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
