1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain solar products and services offered by the company.
2. Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding solar panel installation, rooftop solar systems, and maintenance services.
3. Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and sharing suitable solar solutions.
4. Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team with interested customers.
5. Follow up with existing and new customers to maintain relationships and convert leads into sales.
6. Maintain customer database and update call records, feedback, and lead status regularly.
7. Explain company offers, pricing, EMI options, and government subsidy information related to solar installations.
8. Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth customer handling and project updates.
9. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned department when required.
10.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets set by the management.
