Job Role:

·         Call prospective buyers/investors regarding ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

·         Share project details (location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, offers).

·         Generate interest and fix site visits with the sales team.

·         Maintain customer data, follow-up regularly until closure.

·         Coordinate with sales executives for conversion.

Key Skills Required:

·         Excellent communication in English & Hindi (regional language advantage).

·         Confident, polite, and persuasive.

·         Knowledge of real estate terms (RERA, loan process, possession, etc.) will be there will be good for us

·         Ability to handle objections and build trust.
