We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to contribute to our sales and support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products or services, resolving queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Provide information about products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Follow up with prospects to close sales or ensure service satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Maintain call logs and prepare call reports.
Support marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach.
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation is a plus.
Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in customer support is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in [mention required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
