As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, confidently explaining our financial products and services, resolving customer queries, and building strong customer relationships. You will be expected to maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records, while consistently meeting daily and weekly targets for call volume and conversions.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, while proficiency in English will be considered an added advantage. Basic computer skills, a positive attitude, good listening abilities, and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a customer-first approach.
