Telesales Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, polite, and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making and receiving calls for customer communication, information sharing, follow-ups, verification, coordination, and query resolution.

This is a non-sales position.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers, candidates, or relevant stakeholders for information and follow-ups.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to basic queries professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding company processes, services, appointments, or requirements.

• Follow up with individuals regarding pending documents, appointments, confirmations, or required information.

• Conduct telephonic verification and collect relevant information.

• Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.

• Update customer/candidate information in the company database or CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and provide appropriate responses.

• Escalate complex issues or complaints to the concerned department or senior.

• Ensure timely follow-up on assigned cases and pending responses.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication during every interaction.

• Follow the organization's calling guidelines, scripts, processes, and data confidentiality policies.

• Prepare basic daily/weekly call reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Ensure all information shared over calls is accurate and up to date.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates from any educational background can apply.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, coordination, BPO, or similar roles will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
