Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide information about aviation courses, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential students from provided databases
Handle inbound inquiries related to aviation courses and programs
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities in aviation
Generate and qualify leads for admissions
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication
Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits
Maintain and update student databases and call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (especially in education sector)
