Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers regarding paid services and insurance renewals.
Maintain customer records, update details, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally, providing accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service (automobile industry experience preferred).
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Ability to handle customers with patience and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
