Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller who will handle both outbound calling and in-store accessory sales for an automobile showroom. The role involves contacting customers, sharing product details, and assisting with direct accessory sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers.

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Convince customers to visit the showroom or make a purchase.

• Attend walk-in customers and assist them in selecting and buying accessories.

• Maintain sales records and update customer details.

• Achieve monthly calling and accessory sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements section:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of automobile accessories (training will be provided).

• Freshers are also welcome to apply.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
