Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents about educational opportunities.

Provide accurate information about courses, universities, and admission processes.

Maintain and update student records in the CRM.

Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Assist in coordinating seminars, events, and walk-in consultations.
