We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Used Car Loan Executive to join our finance team. The role involves sourcing and generating business for used car loans through direct customers, car dealers, brokers, and market references. The executive will explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and EMI options to customers while assisting them with documentation and loan applications. Responsibilities also include verifying customer details, coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth processing, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for car loan finance through various channels (dealers, DSAs, direct customers).

• Maintain relationships with car dealers, agents, and customers for loan sourcing.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI plans, and eligibility criteria to customers.

• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and required documentation.
