Job Overview

First Adviser is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining loan products, generating leads, and supporting the loan process from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate loan leads

• Explain and promote loan products such as:

  • Home Loans

  • Loan Against Property (LAP)

  • Business Loans

  • Mortgage Loans

  • Housing Loans

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions

• Share product details, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements

• Assist clients in completing loan applications

• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for approvals and disbursement

• Follow up regularly with clients for status updates and documentation

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions

• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in telecalling or loan sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of banking or loan products (preferred)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

• Ability to handle objections and close sales
