Role Summary
The Telecaller will serve as one of the first points of contact between Finzen and prospective customers. This role involves making outbound calls (and possibly answering inbound calls), educating leads about different loan products, gathering their requirements, setting appointments or passing them to the sales/processing team, and achieving targets. Strong communication, persuasion, resilience, and customer‐centric approach are key.
Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads provided by the company, explaining Finzen’s loan offerings, features, eligibility criteria, and process.
Answer inbound calls / queries regarding loan products, interest rates, documentation, repayment terms, etc.
Qualify leads – assess eligibility, financial status, loan amount needed, etc.
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, outcomes, feedback in CRM or lead‐tracking tool.
Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely call-backs.
Coordinate with sales / loan processing teams to hand over qualified leads.
Meet or exceed individual targets (number of calls, conversions, appointments).
Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, customer concerns to help refine scripts or processes.
Keep updated about various bank / NBFC partner offerings, terms, interest rates, and Finzen’s product updates.
Maintain professionalism, politeness, and high standard of customer service at all times.
