Job Title: Telecaller – Home Loan Department

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home loan products.

• Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria for home loans.

• Collect basic customer information and assess their loan requirements.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams.

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Provide feedback to the team leader on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.

• Good communication skills in English and regional/local language.

• Basic knowledge of financial products, especially home loans (preferred).

• Ability to work under targets and pressure.

• Good listening and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
