Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Finengineers Nexus. The role involves upselling/cross selling/ selling of personal loan, business loan etc. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹8,000 - ₹12,000.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Target Achievement: Identify, pitch, and sell loan products (Personal, Home, Business, etc.) to potential clients to meet monthly targets.

  • Lead Conversion: Call, visit, and follow up with leads to convert them into loan applicants.

  • Documentation & Verification: Collect and verify client KYC, income proofs, and financial documents with zero errors.

  • Relationship & Coordination: Guide clients through the approval process and coordinate with credit teams for quick disbursement.

  • Data Security: Strict adherence to data privacy and maintaining absolute confidentiality of client financial details.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: 12th Pass minimum; 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Core Skills: Strong communication, target-oriented mindset, keen eye for documentation detail, and multi-tasking skills.
