Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Assistant Relationship Officer to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telesales experience, specifically in promoting Personal Loans and Overdraft products. This is a desk-based (sitting) role, focused on reviewing customer profiles, assisting in loan processing, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads to assess eligibility for personal loans and overdraft products
Review and verify customer documents and loan application details
Provide accurate information to clients regarding loan terms, eligibility, and required documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and approval
Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and updates
Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team lead
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in financial products
In-depth knowledge of Personal Loans and Overdraft Products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally
Basic understanding of financial documentation and KYC norms
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Graduation in any stream (preferred)
