Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Telecaller to generate loan applications by contacting potential customers over the phone.

>Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing.

>Explain payday loan features, eligibility, repayment terms, interest rates, and charges.

>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

>Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.

>Follow up with customers until loan disbursal.

>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

>Excellent Hindi communication (English preferred).

>Strong sales and negotiation skills.

>Ability to convince and handle objections.
