Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing event management team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, schedule meetings, and maintain strong customer relationships. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients.

Generate and qualify leads for event services.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
