Telecaller

We are hiring a Telecaller to support our B2B sales and lead generation for two businesses - our stainless-steel tap business and terracotta products. The candidate will be responsible for calling shops, wholesalers, hotels, builders and distributors to generate leads and share product information. The role includes explaining products, maintaining follow up lists, and sending catalogues on WhatsApp when required. This is a simple sales and calling role with a fixed salary, plus performance bonuses based on conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B sales calls

• Generate qualified leads for both businesses

• Share product catalogue and pricing through WhatsApp

• Maintain follow-ups and daily call updates

• Coordinate with the owner for hot leads

• Handle basic customer queries

• Support RustiClay business when required

Key Skills

• Good Hindi communication (Basic English preferred)

• Confident phone manners

• Basic WhatsApp/Google Sheets knowledge

• Sales mindset

• Laptop Must

• Smartphone

Salary

• ₹6,000 per month (fixed)

• Performance bonus based on conversions

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
