Role: BTL & Telecalling Promoter

Payroll: Agency | Department: Field Activation

🔍 Role Overview:

This hiring is for our new branch openings in these cities. The role involves on-ground lead generation + calling follow-ups to drive branch walk-ins and customer conversions, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and footfall.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily BTL activity in markets/societies/business hubs

• Explain product & generate quality leads

• Coordinate with branch for follow-ups

• Call leads, explain benefits & eligibility

• Schedule branch visits

• 20–25 customer interactions/day

• Daily reporting via WhatsApp/Tracker

🎯 Requirements:

• Bangalore: Kannada mandatory

• Hyderabad: Telugu mandatory

• Pune: Hindi & Marathi mandatory

• Basic English required

• Experience in BTL/Field Sales/Telecalling preferred

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Smartphone

🕒 Work Details:

6 days working | Field-based | City territory assigned

🚀 Preferred Background:

Telecom / Fintech / Banking / Credit Card / Loan / Insurance Sales

📞 Interview Process:

Telephonic screening + Communication roleplay

Immediate joiners preferred
