Job Title: Telecaller / Team Leader Telecaller
Location: Salt lake
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers.
Explain company services/products clearly to clients.
Maintain good communication with customers.
Follow up on leads and generate sales.
Maintain daily call records and customer data.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Team Leader Responsibilities

Handle and guide telecaller team members.
Monitor team performance and call quality.
Support telecallers in achieving targets.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Train new telecallers when required.

Education Qualification

12th/Any Graduate

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling/sales preferred but freshers can also apply.

Salary

Telecaller Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Team Leader Telecaller Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
