We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales or collecting information for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and inform them about products/services

Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries

Maintain records of calls and sales

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
