Responsibilities-

 Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product

(Study Abroad)

 Answer questions about the company

 Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors

 Enter and update student information in the database

 Keep records of calls and note useful information.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident phone demeanor.

• Ability to engage and build rapport with students.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not required.

• Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain course details.

• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
