We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and generating leads or sales for our products/services.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone with all customers.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi / English / Regional Language – as applicable].
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good listening skills and patience.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Confidence and a positive attitude.
