We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.
Customer Interaction: Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, and promotions.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Customer Database Management: Maintain an updated database of customers, ensuring accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects for continued engagement and closing sales.
Maintain Reports: Keep track of daily calls made, feedback, and sales made, and report regularly to the team leader or manager.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to meet company goals.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome).
Skills:
