Responsibilities-
1. Generating new leads through outbound calls.
2. To generate interest in our product & service.
3. To schedule appointment for sales calls or meetings & Site visit with proper address & location.
4. Presenting product/ service features & benefits clearly & persuasively.
5. Accurately recording customer information and sales activities in Excel/ CRM.
6. Regular follow up of potential clients.
7. Update & maintain site visit data in excel on daily basis.
8. Coordinate with Sales persons to close the orders.
Requirements-
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately
Qualification-
• Graduation(B.sc PCM, ITI, Polytechnic) or similar degree
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Experienced in Solar industry with good communication skill
• Excellent client relationship and calls handling
