Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and supporting sales or service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries politely
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Maintain call records and customer details
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Coordinate with the internal team when required
Requirements
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
