Role Overview
The Customer Retention Executive will be responsible for retaining existing customers by delivering effective solutions, building trust, and promoting financial products tailored to customer needs. The role focuses on reducing customer churn, increasing product usage, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a competitive financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
2. Build strong, trust-based relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products.
5. Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to minimize attrition.
6. Monitor customer accounts and usage patterns to proactively prevent churn.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications
1. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Communication, Business, or related areas).
2. Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in sales, upselling, or customer retention, preferably in the financial services industry.
