Job Description:

Ebase Infratech Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the real estate and infrastructure domain, is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Female Telecallers to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to explain company services.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into prospects.

• Maintain and update customer databases with detailed and accurate information.

• Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide complete information.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule appointments or site visits.

• Maintain call logs and daily activity reports.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in telecalling or telesales.

• Excellent communication skills in and English.

• Confidence and a pleasant speaking voice.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
