Telecaller – Job Description
Company: Earthgro Impex Solutions
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers from the company database.
- Generate new leads through telecalling and follow-up.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding products and orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product and order support.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payments and pending payments.
- Assist with billing, invoices, and order-related information.
- Maintain customer and lead records in the database.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Provide regular follow-up and ensure good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
- Confident and polite communication with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups and maintain records.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
