We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Education Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, explaining our educational offerings, generating leads, and scheduling counseling sessions.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce educational programs and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule counseling or admission sessions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information on relevant courses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach to enhance customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or in lead generation (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
