Telecaller ka main kaam hoga clients aur students ke saath professional communication maintain karna aur company ke services/internships ko promote karna.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Clients ko payment reminder calls karna

Feedback calls aur customer satisfaction check karna

Hiring calls aur internship enquiry calls handle karna

Shoot calls aur client coordination karna

Company ke clients ke saath daily communication maintain karna

Email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS marketing campaigns execute karna

LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour platforms ke through communication aur lead generation karna

Internships (HR & Digital Marketing) ke liye students ko connect karna aur enrollments me support karna

🔹 Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English dono me)

Good convincing power aur professional attitude

Basic knowledge of Email, WhatsApp & SMS marketing

Social media platforms aur freelancing portals (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour) ki understanding

MS Office aur internet handling skills

🔹 Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)

Telecalling / Marketing / Sales ka experience ho toh plus point hai
