About the Role
DRR BUILDCON PVT. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Female
Telecaller Executives to connect with prospective customers, generate leads,
schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Calling
● Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors.
● Attend inbound enquiries and provide project information.
● Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
2. Customer Interaction
● Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
● Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, and
locations.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
3. Site Visit Coordination
● Convince interested customers to schedule site visits.
● Coordinate with the sales team for smooth site visit arrangements.
● Follow up with clients after site visits.
4. Follow-Up Management
● Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
● Communicate through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
● Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
5. CRM & Data Management
● Update lead information in CRM software or Excel sheets.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
● Track lead status and follow-up activities.
6. Sales Support
● Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
● Share customer feedback and market insights.
● Support promotional and lead-generation campaigns.

● Good listening and customer-handling skills.
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Eligibility Criteria
● Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
● Freshers are encouraged to apply.
● Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate
sales will be an added advantage.
● Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of English is preferred.
