Responsibilities:

Call leads and explain company products/services.
Follow up with interested customers.
Convert leads into admissions/sales.
Maintain customer data in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Good Hindi communication skills (English is a plus).
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling/sales preferred.
