About the Role

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

• Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Work closely with the sales/marketing team for conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer handling.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
