We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining travel packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Call potential customers from the provided leads (Inbound & Outbound)
• Explain domestic and international travel packages to customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
• Share itinerary, package details, and quotations via WhatsApp or email
• Follow up with interested customers and close bookings
• Maintain customer data and update leads in CRM or Google Sheets
• Provide daily sales and follow-up reports
Required Skills
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Strong convincing and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of the travel industry (preferred)
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Experience
• 0 – 3 years experience in telecalling or sales
• Experience in travel sales or tourism industry will be an advantage
