Position: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, and generate leads or convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/leads

• Explain products/services and convince customers

• Handle inbound inquiries and respond professionally

• Maintain customer database and update call details

• Follow-up with interested customers and close sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Maintain good relationship with customers

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English / Regional language)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)

• Ability to handle calls confidently

• Persuasion & negotiation skills

• Positive attitude and patience

Qualifications

• 10th / 12th / Graduation (any stream)

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred

• Telecalling/Tele-sales/Customer support experience

• Experience in BPO, real estate, banking, insurance, or EdTech (optional)
