Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products and services clearly to customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and follow-up records
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer processing
Requirements
Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under sales targets
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage
