Job Summary

Digital Vyapar World is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to handle both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) calling processes. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
Handle both B2B and B2C calling processes.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain daily calling records and update customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince customers and handle queries.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be preferred.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates can also apply.
