Lead Generation: This is the most crucial part. You need to find individuals or business owners who are eligible for and interested in credit cards.
Consultation & Advisory: You explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria of the cards to the customer. You help them choose the right card based on their spending habits and credit history.
Document Collection & Verification: You collect the necessary KYC documents (PAN card, Aadhaar, Income Proof/ITR, Salary slips, etc.) from the customer.
Due Diligence: You perform a preliminary check to ensure the documents are genuine and the customer meets the bank's basic criteria. This minimizes application rejections.
Application Facilitation: You help the customer fill out the application form (or enter details into the partner portal) and ensure the application reaches the bank correctly.
Follow-up: You track the status of the application and keep the customer informed until the card is issued and dispatched.
